Blackberry in Marcillac or Marcillac in blackberries, in the final analysis, the balance is just right. An autumnal treat made from wild blackberries, in natural harmony with the wine. An artisan concoction made from natural plants and coloured by a vegetal infusion. The latter throws a deposit which is also natural. Should be shaken before being served.
