Picked by hand on the Aubrac plateau, this aromatic plant, with its delicate hints of menthol, is found in our woodlands. It is recognised for its properties of aiding digestion and reducing stress.

'Thé d'Aubrac' ; uniquely the leaves, with no stalks (the stalks can represent as much as 30% of the weight and impart no flavour whatsoever). Instructions: allow the 'tea' to infuse for 5 minutes minimum in simmering water or infuse overnight in cold water for iced tea. Recommended quantities: 1-2g for 1 litre of water. Dimensions of the tin: 12,8cm high, 12,8cm in diameter.
